I'd wandered
round from town to town, searching the earth and sky, looking for
something that would satisfy.
The hunger of
my soul and the aching in my heart, broke me as I came across a well
of old old stone.
Living water,

That voice
rang clear and true, and echoed in my ears; something calling me from
so many years ago.
It was a story
of Lord Jesus Christ and a woman at a well. He'd told her all about
her sins and strife.
She turned and
asked him how he knew so much about what she'd done. He just offered
her a drink of better life.

Jesus said
that a river will spring up in your life, when you worship God in
Spirit and in Truth. Go spread the word
around and
give someone a drink, of water that will quench their dry dead soul.
